Servant Foundation d/b/a The Signatry has reached another major milestone in its growth: William “Bill” High, the Foundation’s founder and executive chairman, announced his retirement this week.
Foundation Board Chairman, Gary Nagel shared, “Bill took a literal leap of faith by stepping away from a promising legal career to connect and convene both donors and doers of ministry work. The two decades of fruit that followed are a testament to his dedication to the call from God he answered back in 2000, and the Board is beyond grateful for his service.”
“I have had the privilege of serving with Bill High for over half a decade. His work to encourage families to pass their values from one generation to the next through their giving wasn’t just a talking point, but something he has lived out with those he loves on a daily basis,” said Servant Foundation CEO, Steve French.
“For over 22 years, I have been privileged to be part of Servant Foundation across its various forms,” said Bill. “That service and sacrifice has meant a lot of late nights, early mornings, and extensive travel around the country. My decision is a deliberate one that has been building for some time based upon the needs of my own family, including care for my elderly mother. Additionally, by making this change now, I can focus on my growing work of consulting for families and family legacy. I am confident that each of Servant’s expressions of ministry, including The Signatry and Vyne Legacy, will be stewarded well by the Board, Steve, and each of the Foundation’s team members in this new season.”
Join us in praying for Bill and his wife Brooke, along with their entire family, as they take their next steps together.
