Financial and other information about The Signatry family of entities, including Servant Foundation, d/b/a The Signatry, and The Signatry Charitable Trust (“The Signatry”), their purpose, programs, and activities can be obtained by writing us at 7171 West 95th Street, Suite 501, Overland Park, Kansas, 66212 or as stated below.

California: Information about revenues and expenses of The Signatry, including its administration and fundraising costs, may be obtained by contacting the organization’s office at the address disclosed at the bottom of this webpage. The Signatry shall provide this information to the person solicited within seven days after receipt of the request. 

Colorado: Colorado residents may obtain copies of registration and financial documents from the office of the Secretary of State, (303) 894-2680, https://www.sos.state.co.us, re: Reg. No. (20193020492 and 20223006609, respectively).

Georgia: The following information will be made available upon request: a) A full and fair description of the charitable program for which the solicitation campaign is being carried out and, if different, a full and fair description of the programs and activities of the charitable organization on whose behalf the solicitation is being carried out; and b) A financial statement or summary which shall be consistent with the financial statement required to be filed with the Secretary of State pursuant to Code Section 43-17-5. 

Illinois: Contracts and reports regarding Servant Foundation d/b/a The Signatry and The Signatry Charitable Trust are on file with the Illinois Attorney General.

Maryland: A copy of the current financial statement of The Signatry is available by writing at the address at the bottom of this webpage or by calling (913) 310–0279. Documents and information submitted under the Maryland Solicitations Act are also available, for the cost of postage and copies, from the Maryland Secretary of State, State House, Annapolis MD 21401, (410) 974-5534.

New Jersey: INFORMATION FILED WITH THE ATTORNEY GENERAL CONCERNING THIS CHARITABLE SOLICITATION AND THE PERCENTAGE OF CONTRIBUTIONS RECEIVED BY THE CHARITY DURING THE LAST REPORTING PERIOD THAT WERE DEDICATED TO THE CHARITABLE PURPOSE MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY BY CALLING (973) 504-6215 AND IS AVAILABLE ON THE INTERNET AT http://www.state.nj.us/lps/ca/charfrm.htm. North Carolina:  Financial information about this organization and a copy of its license are available from the State Solicitation Licensing Branch at 1-888-830-4989 (within North Carolina) or (919) 814-5400 (outside of North Carolina). The license is not an endorsement by the State.
