Regent Bank is one of the largest publicly proclaimed faith-based banking institutions in the U.S. As bank president, Sean devotes part of his work week to developing voluntary opportunities for employees to practice worship. He hosts bible studies, prayer calls, and even waives costs for nonprofits to use their bank.
Now, Sean has developed education curriculum to help other business leaders reshape the way they incorporate faith at work. His underlying principle? Generosity. With his 94X faith at work movement, Sean hopes to inspire others to adopt the mindset that God owns it all, and see how intentional, Spirit-led leadership changes a business.
